The Global Agenda for control has ratcheted up its agenda; it is now moving faster than we imagined possible. We need to get Mark Lerner to Washington D. C. immediately to speak for us. Congress has listened to Mark before, they will listen again, if he can get there.
March 11 (Reuters) - Photo and fingerprint identity equipment maker L-1 Identity Solutions Inc (ID.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said it has been awarded the U.S. passport card program by the Department of State. http://www.reuters.com/article/marketsNews/idUKBNG6123720080324?rpc=44
If this sounds innocuous you need to read this.
The acquisition of Digimarc by L1 centralizes our information under the control of a company that has proven to be corrupt. This must not happen. Get Mark to D. C. so he can stop the Real ID. Mark said of this development, "I began calling and speaking with my contacts in Washington D.C. early this morning shortly after the news came out. I reiterated my concerns that I had provided them evidence showing that Viisage (now L-1) can't be trusted." Mr. Lerner has serious evidence of wrong doing which he had turned over to government authorities; who have yet to prosecute anyone. And now, if this is allowed to happen, L-1 Identity Solutions will be the monopolistic provider of all ID in America, certainly within the Drivers License arena; going with this turf will be the collection, processing, and probable retention of all information, photos, and biometrics of nearly every U.S. driver.
L1 and Digimarc control over 92% of the driver's license market. Together they provide nearly all biometric solutions for state driver's licenses, L1 being the largest provider. L1 was just awarded the passport card contract. Yes. there should be anti-trust issues raised but that will take too much time to play out. The bigger issue is the Real ID Act and knowing L1 will be providing the driver's licenses and biometric capabilities needed.
What Blackwater has become for the Department of Defense, L1 has become for the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security.
Mark asks this question, “How would the public feel about L1 if they knew of the wrongdoing L1/Viisage had committed.” All of us see that the public would be frightened and outraged to know that L1 had committed such acts of wrongdoing. Under the Real ID Act provisions L1 will be the provider of almost all the Real ID compliant driver's licenses.
While Mark has been determined to work within the "process" he also feels a passionate need to protect all Americans. He knows that L1 cannot be trusted. This is, Mark says, not one anomaly but an ongoing pattern of behavior stretching over many years. L1 cannot be trusted. We are being asked to trust L1 but that is trust being asked for when it is not justified. Americans need to know. Let Mark, the original whistle-blower, do what must be done.
Besides the obvious monopoly that is being formed we need others answers as well. There are reasons that L1 is now poised to dominate the conduit that will control our information. Those answers are found

If the Securities and Exchange Commission allow this to proceed, we'll all be able to more clearly see why.
When I completed my Emergency Medical training, years ago, one thing was made clear to us trainees "nobody is above the law". We were informed that even Police Officers cannot legally break the speed limit; albeit it happens regularly. This, of course, was to remind us that we can't speed even during the rush to the aid of a heart attack, stroke, or accident patient. It seems obvious that this monopoly should never go
forward, but the jury is still out on who will pull the strings to block it or allow it.
Mr. Lerner has been asked to return to Washington D.C. immediately. Further talks with the House Homeland Security Committee, ACLU, and ACLJ are being scheduled as I write
this urgent piece.
