Specifically, I will document and discuss the significance of two foundational principles embodied in the U.S. Constitution: limited government and residual individual sovereignty. I will explore how these twin foundational presumptions evince a morality of American law itself, a set of higher values by which to gauge the legitimacy of ordinary laws. Subordinate to the Constitution are ordinary laws, enacted by a legislative majority, that tell citizens what specific actions are punishable. These ordinary laws often reflect "public morality"—i.e., the passions, prejudices, and moral beliefs of a portion of the citizenry. But are they legitimate exercises of governmental power? Should we restrain our neighbor's liberty because she engages in an activity we consider icky, gross, or just plain wrong? This book will argue that the answer is no because public morality—based laws are immoral exercises of governmental power, inconsistent with the morality of American law.

Well, I said it over two years ago, "We don't need tolls and the toll plans are just a money grab by corrupt politicians." It is nice that the Texas A&M's Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) has now released a report that backs up my claims and ends up with the same 'bottom line' I did then. It's also most humours that the TTI is sometimes called Perry's lapdog. So, Gov. Perry, your dog bite you in the ass? You not feeding it enough pork?

There has been a lot of talk over the last four years about Weapons of Mass Destruction. George W. Bush has ascertained that under his desk is a WMD clear zone. While it is nice that George W. was able to handle that hazardous assignment on his own, evidently without the immediate and hands on guidance of Karl Rove, the issue of WMD still haunts America. And as with all such issues we need to examine the facts, as opposed to the burblings of rhetoric that we are normally fed by this administration.

Weapons of Mass Destruction exist; they are poised and pointed at us in America, endangering our families, homes, and lives. Those weapons are wielded by fanatics who represent the gravest danger that America has ever faced.

American has never seen an administration more corrupt or more arrogant that the one that confronts us lead by George W. Bush. Now, it looks like the Democratic contingent moving in will refuse to do what 51% of Americans want, move for impeachment. So Americans are now ready to take action. Forget x-ray machines and body wands and bomb-sniffing bowwows. The TSA is working on a machine that can uncover terrorists by combining the capabilities of the Horse Whisperer, the Ghost Whisperer and Angela's Eyes. The folks at TSA (Touch and Stroke Agents) want to turn Israeli terror detection techniques into software algorisms so they can catch terrorists. This is because (multiple choice):
a. Americans are obsessed with technology
b. The TSA bureauboobs are obsessed with squandering more of our taxbucks
c. Wand-waving GED-dropout TSA hirelings are untrainable
