Well, Rolling does exactly that. It rolls, but mostly downhill. A wine that’s better suited to dinner (just barely) than sipping (just barely). It’s one wine you might skip, as there are other better choices out there.
It’s a clear, bright pale straw-yellow colored wine. It’s a wine more with a light herbaceous canned/cooked aroma than tree fruit. And unfortunately, that aroma seems to follow through to your palette. There’s some sweetness, low tannins and low acidity with a “wet” taste to it (low astringency). There are no real off notes, but nothing to get your motor revving either.
